Part of the Royal Oak Chronograph 38mm range introduced in 2019, the reference pairs Gérald Genta's enduring 1972 octagonal architecture with a mesmerizing purple dial achieved through multiple layers of PVD, producing hues that shift from pink through blue to violet as light moves across the surface. For collectors, it represents the convergence of the Royal Oak's iconic silhouette with the maison's gem-setting artistry in a comparatively wearable size.

The 38mm case in 18-karat pink gold measures 11mm thick, its octagonal bezel set with 32 baguette-cut amethysts that echo the dial's tones, secured beneath the signature hexagonal screws. The purple "Grande Tapisserie" dial carries three purple chronograph counters, pink gold applied hour markers, and luminescent Royal Oak hands, with a date aperture at four-thirty.
